Cancellation policy

Payment
To secure your reservation it is required to make a deposit. The deposit has to be between 30% and 40% of the total amount and must be paid immediately after confirmation of your safari/trip. The full payment of the safari/trip has to be paid at least a month before your journey starts. In some cases (low season) we allow full payment to be done upon arrival in Kenya.

Cancellation
It can occure that for what ever reason a safari/trip has to be cancelled. In most of the cases costs would have been made to plan your safari, we therefore use the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation is:
* More than 40 days before the safari             > Costs for transferring the refund, if any
deposit has been made, will be charged
*  31-40 days before the safari                            > 25% of the full amount will be charged
*  15 -30 days before the safari                           > 50% of the full amount will be charged
*  0-14 days before the safari/’no show’         > Full amount will be charged

Note: Some of the lodges/hotels may have a different cancellation policy, when this occurs you will be informed.
